Kanye West Receives an Honorary Doctorate

Kanye West would have made his mama proud today. He received an honorary doctorate from the School of Art Institute in Chicago.

The dean of the school decided to give it to him after finding out that he had study at the American Academy of Art and English in Chicago State University. This honor comes after he gave a lecture at the school last night.

It wasn’t an easy decision as some professors didn’t think he deserves it because of his behavior but finally chose he did deserve it after debating that they shouldn’t judge a person by his public behavior rather his work.

“Kanye West is an interdisciplinary artist who crosses the lines, which is one of SAIC’s core principles. I am proud to say I go to the school that gave the college dropout his honorary degree. ”
